At Dhanakuti, we understand that circumstances may change, and you may need to cancel or modify your purchase. This Cancellation Policy outlines the process, conditions, and guidelines for canceling orders on our platform.

Our return policy is of 30 days

Once your return Request is approved,we will deliver an exchange/replacement Product within 30 days

Once a digital gold transaction has been completed, the purchase is considered final, and cancellations are not possible for the digital gold holdings.

2. Cancellation of Physical Gold Orders

For physical gold delivery orders, you may cancel your order before it has been dispatched. If the gold order has already been processed and dispatched, cancellations will not be possible.

To request a cancellation for a physical gold order, please follow these steps:

1. Log in to your account on the Dhanakuti platform.

2. Navigate to the Order History section.

3. Select the order you wish to cancel.

4. Click on the Cancel button and confirm the cancellation request.

5. Our team will review your request and confirm whether the cancellation is possible based on the current status of the order.

If your cancellation is processed successfully, a full refund will be issued to the payment method used at the time of purchase. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.

3. Cancellation Due to Payment Failure

If a payment fails or is declined by your payment provider, your order will be automatically canceled. You will receive a notification regarding the payment issue and cancellation.

In case of a failed payment, you can place a new order once the payment issue is resolved.

4. Non-Refundable Fees
